So, I’ve gone out a handful of times since I’ve been spending more time in The City That Never Sleeps … All I can say is
Yawn..

BORRRRRINGGG…

There’s been nothing that’s excited me…

Same ugly & broke wanna be models..
Same wanna be cool kids / promoters/ hosts or whatever you wanna call them that hop from venue to venue till the free liquor runs out..
(They spend more in cabs then they make TRUST ME)

•Side bar:
You are either cool or not.. Its not something you can be taught or you can try to be.. You either have it or you DON’T..

Same dj’s.. Which are actually good at certain places compared to some other cities I’ve frequented..

But, there’s nothing that really anyone seems excited about…

•Reality Check:

We aren’t that old yet where we can’t go out to be social & have a good time with cool people with similar interests..

For most of us networking is needed for means of survival..
And
As history will prove..
NO matter what the economic state is,
People always need to be entertained..
(Genres of music have been birthed from times of economic crisis.. “Blues” which later evolved into R&B)

Soooo I’m sitting back.. Bored as hell, Realizing that no one is really taking the time to make sure their patrons or even friends at that are having a good time in their establishments / events…

To me that translates to a
PROBLEM!

Sooo I said… Let’s give our broad array of friends, peers, investors, business colleges and It- people a gathering that really deals with all of my complaints.

Im not only seeing these problems in Nyc but in Miami & L.a. as well…

For all my friends that don’t live in New York, I strongly suggest you come, but will warn that with over 35 of my friends already coming from Miami I’ve exhausted all my hotel hook ups.. Seriously..
So let me know, and naturally ill do anything I can, but this event is a lil crazy…

As today’s business day wraps up we are 7 days away from our incredible event…

I’m sooo excited to see how many of you are joining from near & far…

I knew it would be good but this is panning out to be incredible.

A great experience to say the least..

There’s Nothing like the class, sophistication and style that the right New Yorkers have to compliment an event with.

I will start giving you details leading into the event over the next few days but I have to say, I’m almost a lil afraid to..
The response has been so incredible with no details I don’t want it to get to crazy!

Dinner & cocktail reception
From 9p – 11p
Compliments of an acclaimed New York City based chef.

Reservations are very strongly suggested.

Then from 11p to 4 am

We will take the experience somewhere else…
Something a lil different then what you’d expect but soooo cool!

I’m excited and from the looks of the rsvps you guys are as well.

Won’t be bad for my 1st event in Nyc in years.
